FAQ
What is a server or node in the context of ClusterCS?
- A server refers to a single machine you connect and configure with ClusterCS Panel for management.
- A node is a server that is part of a cluster. Clusters allow multiple nodes to work together for high availability and scalability.
How is usage billed?
We bill by the hour for servers and nodes. If a server or node is connected for less than a full month, you are only charged for the hours it is active.
E.g., If you connect one server for 10 days and then remove it from ClusterCS, you’ll only be charged for those 10 days.
What happens when my $70 credit expires?
After the 14-day trial or when the $70 credit is used up, you’ll need to add a payment method to continue using ClusterCS services. If no payment is made, your account will be paused.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes! ClusterCS offers full flexibility. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel or adjust your usage as needed.

Are $70 enough for testing?
Yes, the $70 credit is designed to give you ample time to explore and test ClusterCS.
For example, if you set up a cluster of 11 nodes, here’s how the cost breaks down:
- Each node costs $30 per month, equivalent to approximately $1 per day.
- With 11 nodes, the total daily cost would be $11 per day.
Using the $70 credit, you could test this 11-node cluster for approximately 6 days before the credit is fully consumed.
If you need more time for testing or have specific requirements, feel free to contact our sales team. We may be able to provide additional credit to help with extended evaluations.
