Before starting the migration process, please review the following essential information:
1. Check the PHP Version of Your Websites
To ensure compatibility with the new ClusterCS panel, all your websites must be running PHP version 7.4 or higher.
2. Convert Your Old Account to the New Interface (Beta)
To migrate your existing domains and servers, you need to convert your old ClusterCS account to the new beta version of the panel.
Please note: This action is irreversible.
The first step is to connect to https://app.clustercs.com and access the api keys section.
Step 2 is to create a new API key (if this section is not available, you need to contact us), don’t forget to save your generated credentials.
Next, you need to access the panel and the server/cluster on which you want to migrate the domains, and access the “Manage” section.
4. In the “Manage” section, the entity id from the url and the panel id from the navbar will be taken.
5. The next step is to enter the domain we want to move to the new ClusterCS and click the “Migrate” button.
6. In the last step, we will enter the credentials obtained in the previous steps and click “Yes, migrate” to start the process.
After the migration has been completed, to redirect traffic to the new server/cluster, go to the speed section on the domain, activate the rule titled "Proxy to new ClusterCS" and click on the "APPLY CONFIGURATION" button.
